Shipping

When will my order ship?

All items listed are ready to ship. This means orders will leave our studio within 24hours, unless there is a postal holiday or a Sunday.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are typically shipped with USPS. During the 2021 holiday season we will also ship UPS. 

First class for anything under 1lb which can take up to 5 business days

Priority shipping for packages over 1lb which can take 5 business days

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns. 

I am a firm believer that you should be happy with your purchase, and want you to have a positive experience. If you are really unhappy please contact us so we can work out a solution together.

Arrives damaged or broken?

We do our best to ensure that your products arrive safely. If they do arrive damaged please contact us right away so we can fix the problem.

Missing or lost package?

When your order ships you will receive a tracking number. If your package has not arrived within a few days I suggest that you sign up for text/email alerts within the usps/ups web site. Sometimes this shakes the system giving more details about where your package is. 

If your package has not updated within the tracking system for 5 days please contact me. 

 

 

Location

Do you have a brick & mortar store?

At this time we do not have a retail location. We have converted a section of our home to our soap studio, but we do not have a physical store.

Can I pick up locally?

Of course! Orders placed online can now choose the Local Pick Up option. A separate email will be sent when the items are ready for pick up. If you are looking for a specific pick up date just leave a message in the note to seller.

 

Returns & Exchanges

I'm a firm believer you should be happy with your purchase.

If you have received something in error, please contact us right away.

 Gifts

             We offer free gift wrapping with all orders. Just select the gift wrapping option and include any gift message in the Notes To Seller. No invoice will be sent, just a handwritten gift message on a card with the items wrapped in tissue paper and ribbon.
